So the gym I joined just wasn’t making it any easier on me to stick to our commitment to make our health plus fitness more of a priority.
That just didn’t make it easier or add any sort motivation for me to get to the gym.
And really, when I would be ending our day inside the zone controlled Heating plus Air Conditioning of the office, all I wanted to do was get lake apartment to our recliner. Yet, I would tell myself that if I could just get to the gym, I wouldn’t be thinking so much about the air conditioning in our house. The fact that the heating plus cooling in the gym wasn’t up to par just didn’t help me. I’d get myself to the gym but it would be pretty uncomfortable in there. I don’t recognize if the commercial Heating plus Air Conditioning in that building was designed for a gym or not. But the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment was clearly overmatched. In the winter, it was chilly unless you were right up in front with all the people else on the cardio machines. But in the summer, it’s a cooker in there. The Heating plus Air Conditioning cooling just didn’t have a chance. As soon as I would walk in, it was as though someone dropped a hot, wet towel on our head. That’s not the way you want to end your day at the gym. I finally hung it up plus didn’t renew our membership. Instead, I called the Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier plus put a gym in our basement. I mean, it’s not a full gym as I’m adding pieces as I find them online for cheap. But the ductless heat pump produces the best quality heating plus air of any gym in the county.
