I just started working at a coffee shop and I am honestly enjoying the environment so far.
The people that come in are super friendly and relaxed, and my co-workers are all honestly helpful and knowledgeable, but even though it’s a new environment for me, I recognize quite comfortable there.
One reason for my comfort is that the air conditioner is always perfect. I am anemic and have always been sensitive to air conditioner, so being in a locale with optimal temperature is always rare for me. I honestly recognize that seventy-numerous degrees is the perfect temperature for a coffee shop, and that’s what the two of us keep the control device at. Fluctuating the control device too often can be challenging for the Heating and A/C to keep up with, especially because the front door opens and closes so often throughout the afternoon. For this reason, I recognize that keeping the control device at seventy-numerous usually maintains the balance between cool air and humidity with the outdoor temperature always flooding in. Depending on the weather outside, the control device will show some variations throughout the afternoon that can’t always be helped, but good thing the shop owner has a SMART control device so the two of us can monitor it and make adjustments even if he isn’t there. I recognize that the control device is just a single small area of the experience that makes it a comfortable labor environment though. I suppose I just appreciate being around real and authentic people. My last labor environment had a lot of toxic positivity and people who had no interest in others but themselves. It’s enjoyable to be a area of a community that appreciates to supply back.
