I received a call from my sister, Christy, and the wonderful news was that she had finally gotten her visiting visa.
I was over the moon because I had not seen her for multiple years, and my mind was racing with ideas about everything all of us would do when she came.
Christy had not told me the exact afternoon she would board her flight, despite the fact that I was already making a list of all areas we would visit.
