That seasoned system definitely was an energy hog according to our Heating and A/C professional. He recommended that we go with a ductless multi-split system. I’m glad he suggested this because it made sense to go with a ductless system seeing the awesome energy saving potential. Now we have Heating and A/C zone control throughout the whole house. Each room has customized temperature control settings as well as the children are especially pleased about that. They definitely haven’t been fighting over the temperature control settings anymore, that’s for sure. The thing I didn’t expect though was for the energy supplier to give us credit on our bills instead of us owing them. When the credit built up high enough, they eventually chop us a check for putting more energy on the grid than pulling from it! That Heating and A/C replace was definitely worth it as well as I’m so glad to have a nice solar panel system.
