My sibling called me frantically going on about a fire that could have killed them.
I had just seen her over our breakfast hour and when both of us parted, she said she was headed home! Now she was calling me while at the hospital.

The servicemans did the duct sealing and also checked the temperature control to ensure its optimal function. Since both of us had more than one systems, the heat pump and the mini split cooling system both of us requested the servicemans install a zone control that would not maintain safety however also conserve energy and solve uneven temperature problems. I was glad both of us did not need to purchase a modern cooling system. All of us also got to keep the control unit as it was still perfectly functioning. The servicemans emphasized the importance of correctly cleaning the air filters and vents.
