There are times where all of us stand inside the air conditioner & just sort of reflect on the whole process of building our new house.
All of us chose to build a house sort of late in life. Initially, I suppose the plan was that we’d live in the family home all of us raised our kids in until all of us retired. At least that was the plan. But once the house was empty, all of us realized that it was an terrible lot of house for just 2 people to try & take care of. Just the heating & cooling costs alone were so not sustainable. The tipping point came when replacing the Heating as well as Air Conditioning component coincided with the colorless warm real estate market in our region. Since all of us were replacing the Heating as well as Air Conditioning unit, all of us thought why not just do a few more things & money in on the prices all of us were seeing house sold for. Once that was done, all of us had another sort of epiphany when all of us realized that staying in this region was what all of us wanted to do. Originally, all of us thought we’d leave behind many season for all that Heating as well as Air Conditioning cooling way down south. But all of us unquestionably enjoy this region so building a house seemed enjoy just the right thing to do. One key element of our house was the geothermal heat pump that all of us wanted to have. So it took some time for us to find the right Heating as well as Air Conditioning dealer all of us could trust to get this thing done. It took us months to find the right Heating as well as Air Conditioning professional but it sure was worth the effort as all of us simply love the quality heating & air in our home.
