Ever since I was a little kid I’ve been fascinated by mechanical stuff and how things work. I just don’t remember at the age of five years old discovering my dad’s toolbox and playing with the tools inside of it. Even though I really didn’t know anything about tools or how things work at the time, I knew they did things and I knew I wanted to do those things. As I grew up, I would find myself repairing toys for other kids. I became that guy in the neighborhood that everybody would bring their toys to to fix. I made my own little business out of it by the time I was 13 years old. My parents thought it was great that I had a hobby that I loved and that I could make a little bit of side income with. As I got older I knew that I wanted to get into something that involved repairing machines but I wasn’t sure what. I considered being a computer tech guy but after dealing with some customers I decided that that wasn’t for me. What really fascinated me was Heating and cooling systems. Heating and cooling systems are so important because they can make a difference between people being comfortable and miserable. A good heating and AC system can bring you a lot of joy and comfort whereas a broken one can bring lots of stress and unhappiness. I decided that I was going to go to college and get into HVAC school and become a heating and cooling technician. I was seeking to become a certified heating and AC specialist.
