I know that the thermostat is just one small part of the experience that makes it a comfortable labor environment though. I know I just enjoy being around real as well as authentic people. My last labor environment had a lot of toxic positivity as well as people who had no interest in others but themselves. It’s fantastic to be a part of a community that cares about to give back.
