Having the central HVAC system upgraded in a house

My brother has what can only be called a modern house, then his beach house is legitimately weird from mine, because mine is a historic home, and my beach house is almost 100 years old, plus I recognize it was built about 10 years ago. For those many years, my brother has been getting every modern Gadget plus component for his house, however when smart thermostats came out, he was first in line to get one at Home Depot. He called an actual heating plus A/C guy to come install the thermostat plus also to teach him how to use it, the smart thermostat allowed him to control his heating plus cooling system via his cell cellphone oh, plus he fell in like with that, but it was that A/C app on his cellphone that led him to consider other heating plus A/C improvements in the house. When he bought the house, the air conditioner was Builder grade, plus not all that exciting. In fact, it was pretty costly to run the heating plus cooling. That is when he discovered heating plus A/C with Zone control, because his beach house is more than one story, he found it quite inefficient to run the central air conditioner throughout the entire home, plus heating plus A/C with Zone control seems akin to an enjoyable solution to that. He now has three zones in his home, plus each one of those zones can be set to a weird thermostat setting, one zone is the downstairs home offices. The other zone is the rest of the downstairs. The fourth zone is the upstairs, which consists of more than one home offices plus more than one bathrooms plus a room that legitimately also has no purpose; unless he has a dealer, he does not run the air conditioner at a low thermostat setting upstairs… Not only that, he has sensors in the A/C vents that determine whether anyone is in an identifiable room. If not, the heating plus A/C system automatically adjusts the thermostat setting in that room. He claims that he saves a lot of currency, plus maybe he does, but he sure spends a lot of currency on that amazing heating plus A/C system.
