My nana and I have regularly had a good relationship, she practically raised herself and others when our parents passed away in a motor accident when I was six. Since our relatives had children and a lot of responsibilities, she took care of herself and others and played the role of a dad and mum throughout our childhood… The past year was challenging for our nana after finding out she was ill and inspected with the first stage of colon cancer. She underwent chemotherapy and a minor operation to remove the toxic cancer cells. The chemo made her genuinely weak but eventually cleared all the cancerous cells, however now she is healthy, and a permanent smile is on her face! Her energy is also genuinely high. Since I wanted to make her loft as comfortable as possible, I recommended our colleague, an HVAC repairman, to assist myself and others in providing help with indoor comfort for nana. Since her central HVAC device was old, the people I was with and I would update it, plus the thermostat. Having worked as an HVAC professional for many years, I knew of a few quality HVAC brands producing quality HVAC equipment. We reached out to the local HVAC provider to purchase a new central HVAC device for nana. While Nana was visiting her friend in the next town, our colleague and I were handling the HVAC replacement at her home.
