I was so sick of waiting that I was ready to either give up or find another way.
Well, I found another way to finally own a locale that came with good residential Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C. After more than a decade of saving, I decided to take a more creative plus aggressive approach to owning our own. Myself plus more than 2 couples who are also in the same boat, decided to pool our money plus purchase a house. With our money laboring together, the two of us were able to get a more than two story beach current home plus the two of us turned into more than two separate living spaces. Before the two of us did anything, the two of us had a lawyer draw up papers to protect all of our interest. From there, it was about transforming the current home into more than two separate spaces. The greatest issue was getting the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C right for all of us. We wanted to go with heating plus cooling that would be customized in each living space. The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professionals suggested that the two of us go with ductless heat pumps. So the two of us have a ductless multi split heating plus cooling system on every floor. It works out really well as the two of us all have our own thermostats plus can I adjust the heating plus cooling just the way the two of us want it. It sure feels good to own our own current home plus have the best quality heating plus air money can buy.
