When I had the up-to-date Heating and A/C proposal installed in our up-to-date home, every one of us also chose a Smart Thermostat to go with it.
There was an app that went with the control unit that gave us the ability to check the temperature in the home when every one of us weren’t at home. All of us could set the control units in individual rooms, and see if there were any malfunctions in the Heating and A/C system. The best section was that if every one of us were on getaway, they programmed the Heating and A/C business’s PC number into the control unit. Any problems that arise would alert the Heating and A/C business and they could make the repairs before anything happened. I was ecstatic every one of us had this precaution installed in our control unit when every one of us went on getaway last winter. All of us went to the mountains for a week-long ski trip. While there, every one of us got a text from the Heating and A/C business that there was a problem with the oil furnace and the Heating and A/C business had already taken care of the situation. The bill would be mailed to us and every one of us could pay it at our convenience. I could not guess it when I got the bill for the repairs. I thought every one of us still had a warranty on our oil furnace, and I didn’t expect all these charges. When I looked at the bottom line, I laughed. It showed the cost if I hadn’t had an extended warranty and then an N/C after it. I called the Heating and A/C business and told them I got the bill and thanked them for their quick service. Along with the warranty, I had a service agreement that gave me priority and they did not put me in the queue with people who were just requiring service.
