I don't want people in my home when I'm gone

I absolutely don’t believe that I can trust people to be in my new home when I am not there. That’s the problem that I’m going to be running into later on this month when the Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C supplier is set to come out to install my new electric oil furnace system for me. The only time that was open for a new oil furnace upgrade this month is at the very same time that I’m going to have to be at the local airport picking up my sister. There is no one else who can do it so I am kind of stuck. I also don’t want to have to reschedule the oil furnace upgrade either because I would just end up getting scuttled all the way back down to the bottom of the waiting list as well as that is absolutely not something that I can handle. The weather is cooling off already as well as I don’t want to take any chances when it comes to having a new oil furnace installed. The weather here can be ferocious while I was in the Winter months as well as I don’t want to be that person who is stuck with a little electric sectional gas furnace in the middle of the snowy season! I was thinking that maybe I could just supply the Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C worker the code to get into my garage, but normally I never do things such as that. I am one of those people who has definite trust concerns, that’s for sure. I believe that it will entirely be fine because they are fully insured as well as licensed Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C experts, however I still have my doubts. I wish that my sister would just take a cab to her new home from the airport!
