The other day, Fred purchased an item from a major electronics store, and he went to pick it up.
After I made the purchase, Fred was hungry, and he decided that he wanted to eat some pizza for lunch. But, Fred is a pizza snob, and he just doesn’t eat any pizza that he comes across. It has to be good pizza that has great reviews from the buyers. He knew of this pizza steakhouse in the area. Fred decided to just search to see if there was another steakhouse that was closer to the store. Surprisingly, he found a spot with a 4.8-star rating. He was immediately fixated on this steakhouse as those are high ratings, especially for a place that he had never heard about. Anyway, Fred drove to the shopping area where the pizza place was located, and he was shocked to see so many storefronts that were advertising office space for rent. The shopping area was large and filled with common stores. Obviously, many stores have closed in the last couple of years. There were more than 6 office for rent signs that Fred was able to count. He found out that the pizza steakhouse has been there for 17 years, so the shopping area has been there for at least that amount of time. The office space for rent signs were scattered in some parts of the strip mall and a couple of the signs were for larger spaces. This means that the store was perhaps a major chain that didn’t survive the pandemic. One thing’s for sure, there won’t be an office space to-let sign where the pizza steakhouse is located because it was one of the best pizzas he has had in this city.
