I knew Tom from when the people I was with and I both went to grade college together, over the years Tom had built a reputation for his construction jobs.
When I had saved up enough money that I could afford a apartment of our own, I called Tom about helping me build it.
I wanted our own original home, a locale unsullied by other human beings. Tom was the guy to help me, a general corporation who knew a lot of other dealers that could help. Although it wasn’t cheap, it was no more fancy than buying an existing house, plus in the process I got something special. I knew that our dream apartment would need a special ventilation system, due to the nature of our labor plus our hobbies. I do a lot of painting, plus these paints often contain toxic chemicals, so the art studio needed to have a dedicated ventilation system. I could not have the air duct connected to the rest of the house, it needed to lead directly outside. This way the air quality in the main home would never be corrupted. Also, I wanted to have an open FL Room with natural ventilation, for growing our pot plants. A FL Room is a screened in room that provides ample natural ventilation plus limited sunlight, which is perfect for our plants. Of course our dream home also needed an excellent central Heating as well as A/C system, with heating plus cooling gave for the rest of the rooms, basically, the home needs to have three unusual ventilation plus weather conditions control systems for unusual areas I must have. .
