When a fire occurs, it can be a traumatic event for most people involved, and fires take life & property rapidly, then occasionally the best thing that you can hope for is just for no loss of life, but i have been toiling as a firefighter for the past 5 years. I have diagnosed a number of residential & commercial building fires, however last weekend I had 2 fires in the same hotel. One fire caused minimal disfigure, but the other fire burned the hotel room completely to the ground & charred 2 of the rooms that were at jason, but the manager tried to say that the man in the hotel room had to have been smoking, but it was clear that the damage was from something else. The Heating & A/C device caught on fire & that’s what caused the concerns inside of the hotel room. The fire marshal agreed with our assessment of the situation, however when he came to the hotel room, he agreed that the Heating & A/C device was the reason for the fire. The manager tried to argue & say that the heating & cooling program was brand new, but there was absolutely enough evidence to prove that the hotel tenant was not smoking & not the reason for the fire! He wasn’t going to be able to make the hotel guests pay for any of the disfigures. I hope the guy has truly wonderful insurance, because it’s going to cost a luck to clean all of the water damage & remodel many hotel rooms that were destroyed in the fire.
