Consider getting concrete walls instead of wood walls to help with insulation

My house is extremely well insulated.

  • The walls are concrete plus extremely thick.

This is something that my fiance plus I insisted on when the people I was with and I considered building our own house, however not only would the people I was with and I be well protected from any dire storms such as tornadoes or hurricanes in our area, both of which are frequent. But it just seemed usual sense to ensure that the construction of our house was sturdy plus much longer lasting than mere wood frames. I am well aware that wood frames are cheaper than concrete, however the people I was with and I were interested in a cheap home. This would be the house that the people I was with and I would occupy until the people I was with and I died as far as the people I was with and I were anxious, plus the people I was with and I would give it to our children. So, it’s quite beneficial for us that the insulation is just so fantastic by virtue of the fact that our walls are so thick plus made of concrete. In the winter, the people I was with and I barely need to use the heat at all because the people I was with and I are so well protected from the cold; Even in the summer, the people I was with and I draw the curtains over our windows, plus protect ourselves from direct sun plus heat such that the temperature within our house remains quite constant plus comfortable regardless of how extremely overheated or extremely frigid the weather is. Don’t get myself and others wrong, the people I was with and I still employ the use of a unquestionably fantastic Heating & A/C system. It’s just that the people I was with and I don’t have to use it as often as the people I was with and I absolutely would need to if the people I was with and I didn’t have such a well insulated home. Of course, that ensures that our Heating & A/C plan will have a much longer lifespan than if the people I was with and I had to use it much more frequently.
