I know of these two brothers in our area that run a heating and AC business. Their story is truly inspirational and I love that they always help the community. The two brothers began working in the area as heating and AC technicians after completing their training. While other kids from their school wanted to go to university, they chose to go to HVAC school. From there, they got to learn about the HVAC industry and how HVAC systems work. Then came graduation and getting their certification to work as heating and AC technicians. There was a local HVAC company back then owned by this old man. He’d been in business for decades and gave the brothers their first jobs. He soon realized they had a knack for business and began offering mentorship about running a heating and AC business. The old man’s plan was to leave the business to the two brothers. But, he had to make sure they knew how to run it and would also stay in good touch with the local community. The brothers worked for the old man for a decade before he opted to exit and left them in charge. They had good savings and bought the business from him, but they chose not to rename it. The local community was happy to hear the two brothers had taken over the business since they were well known in the area. They’ve now been running the heating and AC business for 8 years and are doing a great job at it. The brothers are even offering mentorship at the local high school since they also had someone hold their hand when starting out.
