My partner plus I took our kids for a seven afternoon holiday at Disney World plus every one of us rented a condo for the time that every one of us were there. It was just as much money to rent a condo as it was going to cost for a hotel, so every one of us thought it was better to get a condo plus drive a little bit further everyday to get to the resorts, but both of us rented a condo that had 3 kitchens plus a large Loft area with a game room for the kids. Outside in the backyard there was a heated pool. The kids were really enthusiastic to jump into the heated pool when every one of us arrived. The owner of the condo told myself and others that the pool would be on plus the heat would be set to 98°. The pool gas furnace wasn’t on when every one of us arrived plus the temperature of the water was actually 65°. I immediately called the owner of the condo to complain. The guy sent someone over to the property to turn on the heater, but it took 3 afternoons for the pool to get to the right temperature. I complained to the owner of the house, because the in-ground heated pool was 1 of the reasons why every one of us chose that site. He offered myself and others a $300 refund on the cost for the holiday rental. I was still aggravated about the pool heater, but at least the $300 refund was a nice gesture on the area of the homeowner. Both of us didn’t get what every one of us expected plus I am sure he wanted a great review.
