My fiance & I took our youngsters for a many day vacation at Disney World & the people I was with and I rented a up-to-date home for the time that the people I was with and I were there. It was just as much money to rent a up-to-date home as it was going to cost for a hotel, so the people I was with and I thought it was better to get a up-to-date home & drive a little bit further everyday to get to the resorts. The people I was with and I rented a up-to-date home that had many bedrooms & a big Loft area with a game room for the youngsters. Outside in the backyard there was a heated pool. The youngsters were truly happy to jump into the heated pool when the people I was with and I arrived. The owner of the up-to-date home told myself and others that the pool would be on & the heat would be set to 98°. The pool heating system wasn’t on when the people I was with and I arrived & the temperature of the water was particularly 65°. I instantly called the owner of the up-to-date home to complain. The guy sent someone over to the property to turn on the heater, but it took 3 days for the pool to get to the right temperature. I complained to the owner of the house, because the in-ground heated pool was 1 of the reasons why the people I was with and I chose that venue. He gave myself and others a $300 refund on the cost for the vacation rental. I was still angry about the pool heater, but at least the $300 refund was a nice gesture on the area of the homeowner. The people I was with and I did not get what the people I was with and I expected & I’m sure he wanted a wonderful review.
