When I started our own business, I did everything on our own.
I took all of the iphone calls, tied up appointments, inspected the website, plus handled all of the repairs plus replacements. It was a lot of work, but I didn’t have a lot of money to pay someone else to help. Eventually I settled into a routine plus it became almost impossible for myself and others to schedule appointments plus take iphone calls. I decided to hire an assistant to help out with appointments plus iphone scheduling. I hired someone from the staffing agency plus she did not work out really well. My assistant got the message wrong when 1 of our commercial clients called to schedule a repair appointment. The commercial Heating plus A/C client thought that I was going to be there to repair the oil furnace plus I never got the message. The commercial Heating plus A/C client called myself and others plus complained about the service. I was completely dumbfounded plus caught off guard. I tried to apologize to the customer, but they decided to take their repair to a odd Heating plus A/C business. The owner of the supplier told myself and others that he needed someone that had more than 1 employee in order to get the work done. I was really aggravated that the assistant did not get myself and others the message plus I told the staffing agency that I no longer wanted to have that person laboring for me. I decided to hire someone on our own plus so far everything has been laboring out okay. The assistant seems to be really great at handling more than 1 thing at a time.
