I’m already thinking about a big trip that I have planned for June.
It’s still nearly four months away but it’s a trip that I’m really looking forward to.
These days, I’m working from home. The pandemic really did change all of that for me by opening my eyes to working from home in my own air conditioning. While the zone controlled HVAC at the office was awesome, I find that working remotely suits me better. The best part of it is that I can work and travel during the summer. I’m a bachelor and this suits me just fine. First, I love to travel and I can work from anywhere as long as I have my computer. That’s pretty amazing really and I’m taking full advantage of getting out of here as much as I can over the summer. I live in a region where it’s like living on the surface of the sun during the summer months. That means tons of air conditioning and lots of costs when it comes to running the heat pump that much. So I’m going to hit the road starting in June to regions where the summer is much cooler. Even still though, the summer will come with plenty of air conditioning as I drive down the road. My car is equipped with awesome heating and cooling but it’s the air conditioning that I really love. And when I’m not camping where the cooling comes naturally, I’ll be sure to stay in places where the heating and cooling equipment is ready to provide all the cooling comfort that I require.
