I feel the same way about carbon monoxide detectors inside of homes. If you are using gas appliances you cannot afford to go without having a carbon monoxide detector or you can die, then whenever a gas appliance fails to fully combust the fuel running through it, it can result in carbon monoxide exposure in the home.
