I’m certainly fortunate to have a nice buddy next to my house! Unlike some neighbors I’ve had in the past, my modern buddy is a certainly nice guy! When I first moved into this house, he invited me over for a barbecue the first week.
He even wanted me to come watch a pigskin game with him while drinking craft beer, and needless to say, my associate and I immediately hit it off as close friends… I feel like he has somebody that I can confide in if I am having problems with my marriage. I can tell him about an fight I had with my husbandy and he does not judge either one of us… My husbandy thinks he has a fantastic guy too. He’s also seeing over his home when we are not here to make sure that things are the way they are supposed to be, however recently he alerted us to a problem that my associate and I were even remotely aware of, however apparently there was a noise developing in our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C condenser unit outside. He said he started to hear a little hum develop over the course of numerous weeks and then while my associate and I were on holiday it started to rattle… That’s when my associate and I called the heating and cooling contractor and provided them permission to toil on the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system while my associate and I were gone. Thanks to our neighbor, they were able to find the problem with the compressor before it burned itself out. That meant the repair was a lot easier to do and it did not require replacing the entire compressor. We’ve had that happen before and it’s a lot of money if you’re not under warranty.
