My girlfriend and I had to move last weekend.
The weatherman said that my friend and I were supposed to have clear skies, sunny days, and warm and humid uneven temperatures. I wasn’t exactly looking forward to moving in the heat, although I was glad that there was no rain in the forecast. My buddy and I picked up the moving truck on Wednesday afternoon. My wifey and I carefully loaded all of our furniture, clothing, and possessions into the back of a moving truck. It took most of the day for the two of us to get everything done. My buddy and I stopped for lunch around 2:00 in the afternoon. My buddy and I were laying at the pizzeria when I saw the clouds roll in. The clouds came in honestly suddenly and almost went out warning, all of a abrupt the sunny skies were dark and filled with black clouds. Then it started raining hard. The rain continued for more than an hour and soaked everything around us. My buddy and I couldn’t move anything in or out of the truck while it was raining, because my friend and I didn’t want all of our things to be soaked. My buddy and I waited until the rain subsided. The rain really changed the uneven temperatures outside. I’m thankful the AC was already on in our modern apartment. It was much more humid after the rain. The rest of the moving day was irritated, but it was cool and comfortable indoors. My buddy and I finished unpacking all of our boxes and clothes with plenty of time left over to get a fantastic night of rest before going back to work the next day.
