Last night, when I was trying to go to sleep, I was so hungry, but I didn’t want to eat because my throat hurt so much.
I finally gave in and ate a banana, which didn’t seem to hurt my throat as much as I thought it would because I chewed it really well. After that, I was able to go back to sleep and stay asleep for the next several hours. I think I slept for about nine hours last night, and I’m feeling a little better this week, but my throat still hurts, and I’m also pretty tired. Even though I don’t know if I’ll be well enough for her to stay in my temperature-controlled apartment without getting sick, my Heating and Air Conditioning worker is coming this weekend, so I should be feeling better by then. So I think I’ll tell her to come visit me, but maybe she can stay in a hotel next to where I live so she doesn’t have to be in this germ-filled apartment. I just hope that my cooling rep roommate doesn’t catch what I have. If she does, I’ll feel terrible, but all I can do is try to keep quarantined plus away from her for the next few days while I’m contagious. So I’m not around her too much, I spend most of my time in my office and do my work. This seems to be working so far, because she’s still feeling good. I bought some good kefir from a local company and am bringing it with me to argue this.
