Everyone should have a maintenance in addition to maintenance agreement.

I used to know everyone should have a maintenance in addition to maintenance agreement, even though I recently changed my mind.

I still know they should have one, however you have to study it closely before paying for it! When I lived in my outdated house, my hubby in addition to I constantly had a maintenance plan, and the HVAC supplier would do all our yearly maintenance, in addition to if there were repairs needed done, they would do it while doing the maintenance. They would change the air filters when doing the maintenance. If something went wrong through the season, the HVAC supplier would send a tech out. My associate and I would be top priority if my associate and I had an emergency. My associate and I paid for none of the HVAC tech fees, however my associate and I had to pay for the cost of the parts. This was a big savings for us. When my associate and I got a divorce, I bought a smaller house. My associate and I had no kids, so my associate and I split the home’s equity so my associate and I could both either get a nice apartment, or a small home. I called the HVAC supplier in addition to told them I wanted a maintenance in addition to maintenance agreement for my HVAC equipment. They sent a tech over so I could look at the agreement in addition to sign for it. I assumed it was the same as the one my associate and I had, even though I soon found out it wasn’t, then once the maintenance in addition to minor repairs were done, I had no other benefits with the plan. I had to pay for everything, in addition to they didn’t even put a new air filter in the AC unit or the boiler when they did the maintenance.
