The notification on my control unit indicated that it was time for my annual Heating and Air Conditioning service.
The condo services provider that installed the quality air conditioning system in my condo had recommended me that for the Heating and Air Conditioning unit to reach its full lifespan, it needed to be worked on once or twice a year! By doing this I would achieve great indoor air quality throughout the year.

From then on I swore that when I purchased new equipment I would consistently consult an cooling system worker when trouble arose and schedule an annual service plan with an indoor comfort business. I can now cherish being indoors throughout the year. I am hot in winter season and cool in summer, and I do not spend a fortune on lavish repairs, not to mention simple skills such as sealing the HVAC duct and replacing the cooling system filter to help with indoor comfort, however, I learned that things such as HVAC duct cleaning have to be done by an Heating and Air Conditioning professional. I had learned so much throughout my Heating and Air Conditioning journey that I was advising friends about their heating and cooling equipment, and which equipment to buy and why.
