Our A/C tech said that the boiler was wrong.

My wife Shella and I had talked about having a whole-condo air cleaner installed.

  • I knew Shella and I had to contact the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C corporation.

There had to be a lot of things that had done when installing a whole-condo air cleaner. I called the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C dealership that Shella and I used for our Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system and told them what Shella and I wanted. Two days later, Bill the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C worker was at my door. Bill checked the boiler and the a/c unit. Bill had records from the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C dealer about our Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system, although Bill wanted to be sure. Bill told us the boiler was all wrong for an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system. To install a whole-condo air cleaner, you had to have a system that was compatible with HEPA air filters. Our a/c device could take a HEPA air filter, however not the boiler. Our steam boiler was getting old, so I thought I would just get a current boiler, something else distraught him. Bill said he did have records about the ductwork. Was it ever cleaned? Did it need a lot of repairs? Bill then talked about UV lights. Anything that could get through the HEPA air filters, had to pass by UV lights. I knew what a UV light was for. I used a water filtration system that had a UV light. It killed everything that passed over it. I asked Bill if there was anything else my pal and I could use for air purification without a current boiler. Bill said Shella and I could do other things, however the boiler would still need to be replaced before winter season hit. I knew I wasn’t going to get past purchasing a current boiler.
