My family and I everyday have to drive by this housing development that has the greatest homes in the entire state, it’s cool that it is built in our town and my associate and I get to see it although I can’t even imagine how much their mortgage is and their taxes! My family and I are pleased with our cape style home, my dad works for the local Heating & A/C business in our town and he works on a lot of the houses in that development! He said architecturally the houses are flawless however sometimes their Heating & A/C systems that are originally installed in the homes are not so flawless! The Heating & A/C systems in the homes are not of high quality and within a matter of a year of living in the homes, the homeowners will call my dad to upgrade their Heating & A/C systems with a more advanced system.

He currently holds about twenty houses that he services. A lot of his coworkers are frustrated that he has that multiple customers however the Heating & A/C CEO of the business stresses that they can get that multiple customers if they continue reliable work and outstanding client service.
