I do not understand why people just cannot keep up with easy cleaning procedures and service techniques; Whether it be keeping up with plumbing concerns or even your heating and cooling system there are easy things that can be done to prolong the life of your heating, ventilation and A/C unit, i am a local heating and cooling worker and I have been inspecting and cleaning Heating and Air Conditioning systems for the past 15 years; The most common concerns that I see with heating and cooling systems is the lack of service and easy cleaning procedures that homeowners do not perform.
It’s simply the lack of not changing an air filter or having a heating and cooling worker come and inspect Heating and Air Conditioning systems to make sure they are running efficiently, however another pressing aspect is even having a heating and cooling worker perform Heating and Air Conditioning HVAC duct cleaning every other year, but heating and Air Conditioning HVAC duct cleaning eliminates viruses and bacteria growing in the HVAC duct and infecting the home.
These easy service and cleaning procedures genuinely help and prolong the life of Heating and Air Conditioning systems. As a local heating and cooling worker I can’t stress the importance on how critical it is to do these easy service techniques. It doesn’t even have to be every six months, just at least every year or so; You can genuinely tell the difference between homes that are serviced every year and homes that are not. The homes that are not serviced a whole ton are always calling our office about concerns with their system and when I look back at their file they never had any cleaning or service checks done.
