My family and I everyday have to drive by this housing development that has the largest homes in the entire state.
- It’s cool that it is built in our town and we get to see it but I can’t even imagine how much their mortgage is and their taxes! My family and I are content with our cape style home.
My dad works for the local HVAC company in our town and he works on a lot of the houses in that development. He said architecturally the houses are flawless but sometimes their HVAC systems that are originally installed in the homes are not so flawless. The HVAC systems in the homes are not of high quality and within a matter of a year of living in the homes, the homeowners will call my dad to replace their HVAC systems with a more advanced system. My dad makes great sales at this development and highly values his customers. He is one of the leading HVAC technician’s in that area due to his friendly customer service and work ethic. A lot of his coworkers look up to him because he knows so much about HVAC systems. He currently holds about twenty houses that he services. A lot of his coworkers are annoyed that he has that many clients but the HVAC CEO of the company stresses that they can get that many customers if they continue reliable work and outstanding customer service. My dad always says that the knowledge of HVAC and repair comes with time and is learned, however customer service starts with your attitude and that cannot be learned.
