These tune ups fall in the fall plus in the Spring. These are the best times because they are weather extreme transition times. You get your furnace plus air conditioning cleaned plus ready for the next season or get it straight-forward for when the next season comes around. Another precaution I make is to change the air filters every month. I do this to prevent the system from getting plugged up. If I do not change the sir filters the system may shut down. It also means that there could be dirt getting through the filter into my apartment plus I do not want that. If I feel something may be wrong I can also feel free to contact my local Heating plus A/C business.
