building a hydronic furnace for a spaceship is one of the most hard things I have ever done in my Heating and A/C career. My colleagues and I specialize in building Heating and A/C units for unique and hard situations. My buddy and I received the redprints for this special hydronic furnace late one night when the Heating and A/C shop was closing. me and the other three Heating and A/C servicemans that made up the team gathered around the redprint. My buddy and I were bewildered by this Heating and A/C unit because it looked nothing like a correct hydronic furnace that we had ever seen; The next day we opened the shop and began working on the hydronic furnace for the space ship. The only things that were correct to us about these boilers were the air ducts and the air filters. My buddy and I began building the parts and finding parts for the unit. Many of the parts for the furnace were actually cooling system parts that were repurposed for the hydronic furnace; Because this heating unit was for a spaceship, it had to be specially made and designed like no other hydronic furnace ever before… Our team of Heating and A/C servicemans included a cooling expert, a heating contractor, a heating and cooling provider, and an Heating and A/C furnace expert, but even with this team of furnace and cooling system experts, we still struggled with building this space ship hydronic furnace! After multiple weeks of careful and observant work, we finally finished the furnace for the spaceship and helped install it into the ship! Installing the furnace took six hours with seven Heating and A/C servicemans working together.
