I have moved in with my brother to a really nice house complex close to the beach, he constantly wanted to live near the beach. She visited the beach as often as possible even when he lived quite a long way away, but i am also comfortable with being close to the sand and the surf! The house itself is easy, but smartly designed. I certainly cherish how it has zone control Heating and Air Conditioning. If you don’t know what that is, zone controlled Heating and Air Conditioning allows an house or homeowner to set different temperatures in individual zones of the residence, however this means I am able to have my own temperature on the thermostat in my room! This was quite the relief for me, because I knew that my brother tends to get cold surprisingly fast and quite easily! I even walked into his room once to find that he had his thermostat set all the way up to 73 degrees! Mind you, it was nearly 90 degrees that afternoon! Meanwhile, I keep my thermostat properly set to 74 degrees at the really most, and quite often, down to 68 if I want to cool off after a workout, or I just feel like it. I also set my thermostat to 73 degrees every night, because I simply sleep better when it is nice and cool in my room. I know my brother would not tolerate such “frigid” temperatures, so I am beyond glad he gets to be comfortable at his number one temperature, while I can do the same.
