This is why I have a nice supplier as an independent heating plus a/c specialist. Because I am known for my promptness and the quality heating and a/c home services that I deliver to my clients. I will regularly make sure that whatever their heating plus a/c needs are will be met. If there is the odd chance that I can not maintain their central heating plus a/c plan the same day, I will not rack up a bill making them spend a lot of money for me sitting there doing nothing. I will tell them the minute I find out plus be on my way, just charging them for the amount of time I was there. Even if it is only a lousy 40 bucks or something like that. Honesty and quality heating plus a/c home maintenance goes a long way!
