I’m honestly lucky to have a nice neighbor next to my house… Unlike some neighbors I have had in the past, my new neighbor is a honestly nice guy, then when I first moved into this house, he invited me over for a barbecue the first week, however he even wanted me to come watch a pigskin game with him while drinking craft beer, and needless to say, my pal and I instantaneously hit it off as close friends; I feel like he’s somebody that I can confide in if I am having concerns with my marriage.
I can tell him about an argument I had with my fiance and he does not judge either one of us, then my fiance thinks he’s a good guy too.
He’s also watching over her property when we are not here to make sure that things are the way they’re supposed to be. Recently he alerted us to a concern that my pal and I were even remotely aware of, apparently there was a noise developing in our Heating in addition to A/C condenser unit outside. He said he started to hear a little hum develop over the course of various weeks and then while my pal and I were on getaway it started to rattle, then that’s when my pal and I called the heating and cooling business and provided them permission to labor on the Heating in addition to A/C system while my pal and I were gone. Thanks to our neighbor, they were able to find the concern with the compressor before it burned itself out. That meant the service was a lot easier to do and it did not require replacing the entire compressor. We’ve had that happen before and it’s a lot of money if you are not under warranty.
