It’s just so odd for Glenn being a homeowner and living in a neighborhood. It’s so much more than the cute image he’s had in his head much of his adult life. Glenn grew up inside home highrises inside the city. These were big buildings with boilers in the basement the size of massive battle tanks. Glenn can still remember the radiant heating from the radiators in their apartment. These were the best heating systems he’s ever experienced. Today, Glenn lives further south where the heat pump takes care of both his heating and cooling needs. He’s 55 and this is his first time ever being a friend where there was a fence and a yard involved. Glenn cherishes this much more than sharing walls with his neighbors. It makes it joyful to want to help out when you can. The friends next door to him are a young couple who are just starting out. They are wonderful and eager to learn the finer parts about being a productive adult. Glenn admires that in people because he’s still doing the same thing. When you have some few years on you, there are things you know. When they texted Glenn about an Heating, Ventilation and A/C complication they were having, he went over to see if he could be helpful. They evaluated the fuse and the breaker. The control unit was responding to commands but nothing from the heating and cooling equipment.
