The apartment has been needing to be renovated for a long time now… My wife works in construction so she could do all of it. However, I legitimately just wanted to redo the washroom and the kitchen. We ultimately would have to take it slow. The first thing my superb friend and I did was update the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. We had it for about 25 years and my superb friend and I could tell it was not nearly as efficient as it used to be. Our bi-weekly bills were going up each month. The amount of hot or cool air my superb friend and I would feel would feel less each year. It never broke down however my superb friend and I could tell that it was wearing down. We used to have a central air system, since my superb friend and I were renovating the house, my superb friend and I decided to install something new. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professionals came to the apartment and installed a ductless mini split system. This system eliminates the use of HVAC ducts. I no longer needed the HVAC ducts to give off heating or cooling into my home. We did not want the extra dust it was put into our homes and the HVAC ducts were a waste of money to update at that point. Once my superb friend and I had the system installed, my superb friend and I could tell the major difference in our home. It was so completely unusual in terms of the air that my superb friend and I had felt. It felt so much warmer and cooler. We weren’t setting our temperature control as high or as low. The bi-weekly bills went way down. I was ecstatic with this change in the apartment alone… Everything else will seem like extra now.
