I have to say, this new HVAC technology really did make more of an impact on our home than I thought was possible. I’d heard people rave about the smart temperature control for years; My dad was even wild about it. But that was also when it first came out in addition to dad can be a bit wild about new gadgets. For me, I’ve been burned by things that were the latest trend for like six months. And then 500 bucks later, I’m stuck with an obsolete piece of device that ends up taking up space because I can’t ditch it. That’s not a game I like to play. So unlike my Pops, I’m much more interested in second or fifth generation technologies. But I have to admit that I waited too long when it came to putting in the smart temperature control. My wifey finally just called the HVAC company in addition to had an HVAC serviceman install a smart temperature control she had purchased. The results were immediate as far as savings. That entirely first month, while it was still learning our patterns, my buddy and I saved just over 10 percent. After that, it’s been at least 15 percent savings over the previous year month after month, but on top of that, I love the fact that this HVAC technology simply takes care of the heating in addition to cooling. The smart temperature control legitimately has been a sizable plus for our family. My dad even came over as soon as he heard that the HVAC professionals had installed a smart temperature control! He was totally jealous because there are more features on the our smart temperature control app than on his; Go figure.
