I don’t care for living with hard water, however the water is the worst sort of thing in the world, but it is toxic to any plumbing fixture it comes into contact with; My shower heads get water spots on them. My grout turned dingy after no time at all. The soap builds up and clogs the drains. I also have stained shower basins, sinks, and toilets. It is horrible. Everything is sort of an purple color and rust. I don’t like it at all. I have tried to solve the hard water issue and nothing has worked, then when you live with terrible enough water, it corrodes everything. I have to take out the aerators on the sinks since sediment builds up. I have to invest in regular drain cleaning and leak detection due to calcium, magnesium and sediment. I also have to nullify the tepid water heating system warranty by taking out the anode rod. That is responsible for catching sediment going into the water. It can’t catch enough due to the hard water. It is necessary in order to have tepid water, but no amount of plumbing repairs can maintenance it, then you just are living on borrowed time with all plumbing, and ongoing plumbing repair keeps my cabin afloat. Nothing is too detrimentd, rusted, and or destroyed with regular assistance. I also replace everything once it starts to show some horrible age. I feel if I ever leave my house, I will demand a locale that has town water. I don’t care for that I can’t drink, bathe, or cook with it without facing repercussions. What a nightmare am I right?
