Every year, we run a Share to Care project to help the community as part of the CSR.

We have CSR projects every year, and as an air conditioning business, we donate what we specialize in, cooling products.

This summer, we worked with an organization that supports children with special needs. We aimed to contribute cooling equipment to the community and also help maintain the air conditioning systems the families might have. It was an exciting opportunity to assist these communities with the solution. With the organization’s help, we singled out two special schools and about fifty families with children with special needs. With summer just beginning, we mobilized other air conditioning experts and cooling specialists to assist with air conditioning installations and air conditioning repairs. There was a family with a seven-year-old girl with cerebral palsy. This little girl captured my heart with her smile. She seemed very happy even though I knew she did not have everything she needed. They had a heat pump that had never had an air conditioning tune-up since it was fitted. With the new cooling technology, the homeowner can now change the air conditioning filter to help improve indoor air quality. The family did not have extra filters, so we got a dozen filters for them and had the a/c rep run maintenance on the unit. We also installed a new unit at the local special school. Their unit had malfunctioned a few days before we started the project, and they needed the funds to replace it, so they used a standing fan for each class. The CSR projects are always humble and excite me. We meet ordinary people who know more about air conditioning but need more funds for training and proper certification.

Everyone in the neighborhood knew who Mrs.

Jones was and where she lived.

She loved having people over at her house, and she would help anyone who needed a hand. She would give the kids candy whenever they passed by the house. When Mrs. Jones fell ill, everyone was sad, and we did everything we could to make her gain back her health. When Mrs. Jones was admitted, my wife mentioned that Mrs. Jones complained that her air conditioning system was noisy and kept her awake some nights. It would be nice to run an air conditioning tune-up on Mrs. Jones’s cooling equipment. It was our way of contributing to Mrs. Jones’ health. The improved indoor comfort would help her recover when discharged from the hospital. With permission from her son, we took several air conditioning experts from the local air conditioning business and headed to Mrs. Jones’ house. The cooling product was in bad shape, and some parts were worn out, which required replacement. The a/c reps ran the air conditioning repairs while the cooling specialists checked the air conditioning filters. With the advancement of cooling technology and the professionals who know more about air conditioning, Mrs. Jones’s heat pump was declared fit for use. Her son was glad he did not have to pay for a new air conditioning installation, as the monies they had were used to pay the hospital bill. Fortunately, Mrs. Jones recovered and was finally discharged from the hospital. She was welcomed home with a party organized by her family and neighbors. She was all smiles when she saw the surprise, but she was impressed and grateful when she noticed she couldn’t hear the rumbling of her unit. The indoor comfort was spectacular.

When the year began, one of my goals was to buy a piece of land and build an apartment block or buy an already constructed building which I have actualized the dream.

I purchased a ran down apartment block for a low price and then renovated it.

We are finishing the renovations, including the air conditioning installation. I had been searching for an air conditioning business that I could work with, but I found a reliable one when I visited the bar. After a long day of managing the renovation process, I went to the bar for a drink, and there I met a guy who knew more about air conditioning and worked as an air conditioning expert with one of the companies. The meeting went great, and we ended up signing a contract for him and his team to install air conditioner systems at my apartment block. We chose a heat pump because of its efficiency and affordability. The process began early Monday morning and is estimated to be done with the job by the end of the week. I have eight units on the same block, and I wanted cooling equipment in each unit. The cooling technology would have allowed for one, but I needed everyone to be responsible for indoor comfort. The cooling specialist recommended the cooling products be fitted in the attic to create more room in the house. The apartment’s maintenance learned how to change the air conditioning filters for future use. Whenever I had a new tenant, they would go through the cooling technology maintenance guide, which included an air conditioning tune-up and air conditioning repair guide.

For sure, there is honestly only 1 life we get to live.

And to take that thought a bit further, each moment is honestly all that any of us have. It’s a sort of a new mantra for me. Honestly, for the first time in our life I am trying to understand just what having a single life to live legitimately means. I suppose working so much in the commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of our costly office building stole some perspective from me. I am not going to get it into regrets about our choices. But for me, I had a lot of that sort of life. By the time I was in our mid fifties, I had the corner office with our own private thermostat. This was honestly something for me and I had worked difficult to attain that level of success. And having our own Heating, Ventilation, and A/C thermostat was pretty costly. But when I look back at it now, it all seems so empty. All that work, energy and sacrifice to just have more things and better Heating, Ventilation, and A/C in our office seemed empty. I just could not do it any longer and I finally walked out of the commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C and left it to somebody new. I knew it was going to be interesting and life was going to come with a lot of swings now. I was also unmarried so it was just me alone for the rest of our life. I updated the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component in our new lakeside house in order to have a good beach cabin office. The ductless heat pump in our new beachside cabin office is just fantastic. I am passionate about doing some freelance consulting and teaching a little bit about our industry at the local Community College. My life is much straightforward now but I still do care about that good Heating, Ventilation, and A/C inside our office.

And I didn’t even notice til after I ate supper.

And that has everything to do with how busy it can be around our house. I suppose that our life has just been a constant attempt to get to the next thing. I am never enjoying enough time to get anything finished completely, but just kneeling in the a/c after job with a glass of white wine would be lovely. But I have to do stuff like get the air duct cleaning done. After more than a decade of residing inside our house, I finally called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business. Yet I had waited more than a decade to do anything about the air ducts. So I called up the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business and set an appointment. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C team came out just a morning later to do the work. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C team was so careful in our house. They made taking care of our stuff and keeping the cabin wash their priority. Now the air duct is clean and the air duct joints have been resealed. So not only do I have nicely washed Heating, Ventilation, and A/C air ducts but I’ll care about better Heating, Ventilation, and A/C power efficiency thanks to the air duct resealing. That’s why last Spring Al and I decided to start the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling much later.

When it comes to the boring parts of life, I can always count on our hubby Al to keep things exciting. Is just so much morning to morning stuff that Al and I have to deal with so why not make it interesting. This is the way Al and I look at life in order to not get too serious about it. We’d rather be out enjoying life than inside the a/c worrying. So embracing our challenges in a fun way is something that Al and I suppose nice about. This past Spring, the two of us decided to commit and challenge each other when it came to saving on the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling. Those monthly costs can be higher around here and have especially been high in our home. Since it’s just Al and I and our pets, the two of us were spending far too much on Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling costs. And it was honestly more out of just not paying enough attention. Al and I just left the thermostat wherever the two of us happen to leave it and then just paid whatever it costs when it came to utilities. Our summer time comes with so much heat and humidity we have always done it with Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling. But all that time of the a/c does not honestly allow your body to adjust to the heat at all. It just makes the heat suppose even more oppressive once you’re outside of your central a/c. That’s why last Spring Al and I decided to start the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling much later. Both of us waited all the way to the 1st week of June to leave the a/c on throughout the morning. And the two of us stuck to our smart thermostat discipline. The challenge paid off because the two of us saved a bunch of cash and applied that savings to an honestly good vacation this fall.

I’ve legit had our eye on replacing the outdated Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit the last few years.

• Yet, it just still kept pumping out high quality heating and air.

However, about eight months ago or so that all changed. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor came out to do the normal a/c tune up prior to all the heating and humidity the two of us get in the summer. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C expert told me that my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component was nearing the end. There were signs I would see when the end was in sight. Yet, I honestly wasn’t going to wait around to see all the signs. The way it looked to me, I thought the two of us got more value out of that outdated central Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit then I could have expected. I even had started a savings account a couple years ago expecting the central Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit to simply stop working. I honestly didn’t want to get caught unprepared at the point that the central Heating, Ventilation, and A/C simply died. So when it was confirmed by the local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor, I chose to contact the local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business and start the process. The local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor came to our beachside cabin to inspect and then go over all the openings with us. I am sure ecstatic he did that as the residential central Heating, Ventilation, and A/C landscape has honestly evolved in the past 20 years. But I was absolutely glad to learn that our air duct was still going to be functional which was an immense cost savings. Our new central Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component was installed last Spring and it has worked gloriously. It was absolutely the finest a/c of our life this past summer.

I add our name to a long list of those who lost their careers due to the pandemic. I know just how strenuous it is. There were so many people who I knew that ended up having to sell their homes because they can no longer afford them. That’s not the case for me as I live in an old house with poor residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C. I was set for a new heating and cooling plan it would have come with a change of address. Still, I didn’t have the income and so I had to scramble in order to make ends meet. But sometimes out of utter chaos comes just the thing you need. I was totally free from the commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of the office. And I decided to go out on our own which was something I had wanted to do for a long time. I was legitimately thinking about my freedom and liberation as I was walking out of the commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of the office suite for the last time. I did get some severance pay as I’ve been there for close to a decade. So I took that money and started our own consulting business. To keep the overhead costs down to a minimum, I started it in that apartment. That’s been more than one year now and I am glad to report that I am a homeowner these mornings. That’s how great the business has turned out to be. While I’ve hired on more than two other people, the crew of us are still doing things remotely from the central a/c of our homes. It’s just so nice to be able to be our own boss now. It is almost as nice as having a killer residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C.

There is only so much you can method for.

• But when it came to selling this cabin and moving, I thought Bob and I had it all covered.

Bob thought the two of us could use the sale of the family beachside cabin to finally get rid of all our junk and get on with the rest of our lives. After over 30 years of accumulating so much crap inside the central a/c of our home, this was a much larger job than I thought. Bob decided to transfer us into a more than one study room rental right after the sale of our home. This way Bob and I could pare down while also figuring out what the next chapter of our lives held. It seemed like a great system to both of us… Getting the cabin on the market was not the easiest thing either. Bob and I had a lot of upgrading the two of us needed to do in our home. Bob started with the kitchen and all the appliances. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C components were updated as well. That was a lot easier thanks to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor. The guy helped us get the right residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C without spending too much money. Bob and I have all the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C technology that goes along with the latest in residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C. I am sure that the newer Heating, Ventilation, and A/C components made an important difference when it came to the value of our home. It was also honestly a very nice thing because it was so dreadfully hot this summer time while the two of us were trying to pack to transfer away… Now that we are living in our rental house, the less than adequate residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C will be our motivator to transfer along.

I feel that I was hardwired to toil honestly hard.

But there are legitimately time that I suppose I’m simply a product of a certain level of environment and time. It felt like there was always this implied promise that if you do the right things then the right things will happen. So I spent much of my time inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C trying to do the right thing. I legit have no regrets when dealing with our ethics or our efforts. Yet I ended up with a heart attack in our early fifties. It only got worse as a divorce soon followed. It kind of felt like the universe was piling on. However just being inside the a/c of our rented apartment, I am coming to realize it just does not matter. I did the level best I could and tried to be glad. When I got back on our feet, I mended our hearts a bit by taking a sabbatical. All Wintertide I spent in our cabin in the woods all by myself with the new care about of our life. And that would be the new pet I got once our long marriage was over and I was out on our own. But that Wintertide away was so interesting. I had good heating with a wood stove. But I was also fortunate to have a ductless heat pump whenever I would let the fire die out. It was nice to spend time alone and not be afraid to just sit and stew in our feelings. I care about that cabin and I’m ecstatic that it was such a welcome sanctuary for me over the last winter.
