I honestly have always tried to be a decent neighbor.

And that’s because I have always appreciated nice neighbors.

In fact, I try to be the type of neighbor that others can depend upon. I am more than glad to lend a hand, and yet, there’s Buddy, a single guy who lives a couple houses down that is the epitome of a bad neighbor! Buddy is the sort of guy that makes me quicken our step so I can get inside the a/c of our home. I just want to get out of our a/c in the car and to our front door without Buddy catching me. Buddy is the sort that just goes on and on about a single grievance after another. The other morning, Buddy caught me outside as I was talking to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor. Buddy comes by to do Heating, Ventilation, and A/C heating repair on the heat pump. Buddy and I get the same Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor both in the fall for the heater repair and the a/c tune up in the Spring. It’s space of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair method that Buddy and I take advantage of. I know Buddy saw me talking to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor and wanted to make a point of calling out Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair, then of course, Buddy is the sort of guy that believes Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair is a scam. Buddy could not be more wrong. This time, I didn’t make for the front door but sort of told Buddy that he needs to mind his own business. This stopped Buddy in his tracks. Hopefully that’ll be the end of that guy in our yard.

Okay, so Max and I totally just made a ton of profit off selling the family home.

But that’s sort of what Max and I had in mind all along.

We’re just fortunate and grateful to have such nice timing. Max also updated the old Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component, the latest when it comes to the most current Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component the two of us chose honestly was the newest and it added so much more value when it came to selling our home. Max had the air duct cleaning and air duct resealing both done as well. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C team only had to update a single section of the air duct. In fact, I honestly didn’t want to leave once MAx and I had the new residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C. It felt that all I was doing was installing it in to say goodbye to all that good Heating, Ventilation, and A/C comfort. But the new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component was pivotal when it came to the retail value of our home. I know it was a major factor in the fact that there were several people bidding for our home. The price of the cabin just kept going up and up and it was honestly exciting to watch… Like I said, Max and I made a lot of money for only owning that beach cabin for less than 15 years. But then again that was sort of the system when the two of us bought in this region. It was so nice having that new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component as the two of us packed everything up to move. We’re currently renting until the two of us decide just where Max and I want to go what the two of us want to do. But I can assure you that once Max and I were living in our new rental cabin the two of us took the nicest vacation we have ever had in our lives.

I suppose the winter weather should have carried more weight when I was making our decisions.

But, I considered just about every other aspect but the fact that I was going to deal with an absolutely serious winter. I considered most other details when it came to accepting this new position at work; But the main thing I honestly didn’t supply enough thought to was moving to a locale that an oil and gas furnace runs all the time, but for our entire life, Wintertide has been very mild with a little bit of help from the heater; So perhaps I should have considered the Wintertide weather up north a bit more before agreeing to relocate for work, i was fortunate to find a cabin that suited our needs just a few weeks after I was moving, however my new cabin is a small more than one study room beach cabin which is good since it’s just for me. The previous owner legitimately updated the residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system prior to putting it on the market to be sold. This meant that I at least had a good oil and gas furnace from the first mornings. But what I didn’t realize at the time was it it takes more than just good Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system to get through these kinds of winters. That was such a freezing first Wintertide that I can hardly even remember a single moment when I felt cozy; And that new oil and gas furnace was running all the time. I replaced the old Heating and Air Conditioning equipment in my new apartment in order to have a fantastic room.

Surely there is really only this one life we get to live. And to take that thought a bit further, each moment is really all that we have in life. This is a new mantra for me. Honestly, for the 1st time in my life I am coming to understand just what having one life to live absolutely means. I think that working so much inside the commercial Heating and Air Conditioning of my expensive office stole some of my perspective. I am not going to get it into regrets about my choices. But for me, I would have had enough of that sort of life. By the time I was in my mid fifties, I had the swank corner office with my own control unit. But when I look at it now, it all seems so empty. All that hard work, energy and sacrifice to just have more stuff and better Heating and Air Conditioning in my office felt empty. I knew it was going to be interesting and life was going to come with many variations now. I was also no longer married so it was just me and the rest of my life. And that has everything to do with how stressed it can get around my house. I feel like my life is just a constant attempt to do the next thing on the list. I am never enjoying enough time to get anything done completely, but just resting in the chilly A/C after work with a glass of wine would be incredible. So I called up the Heating and Air Conditioning biz and booked an appointment. The Heating and Air Conditioning team came out just a morning later to do the work. The Heating and Air Conditioning experts were so careful in my house. They made taking care of my stuff and keeping the home washed their priority. Now the air duct cleaning is done and the air duct joints have been resealed. So not only do I have freshly washed Heating and Air Conditioning air ducts however I’ll like better Heating and Air Conditioning efficiency thanks to the process of air duct resealing. I’m so glad that I was able to utilize that discount coupon for the Heating and Air Conditioning air duct cleaning package. It’s a nice big bonus to finally get that done and saving money on it sure feels nice too.

When it comes to the doldrums of life, I can constantly count on my fiance Bob to keep things exciting.

Is just so much morning to morning stuff that Bob and I all have to deal with so why not make it interesting.

This is the way Bob looks at life in order to not get too harsh about it. We’d rather be out there in life than inside the A/C stressing. So embracing the challenges in a fun way is something that Bob and I both feel nice about. This past Spring, we decided to commit to the challenge when it came to saving on the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling. Those costs are higher around here and have especially been high in our home. Since it’s just Bob and I and our pets, we were spending far too much on Heating and Air Conditioning cooling. And it was really more out of just not paying enough attention. Bob and I just left the control component wherever we happen to leave it and then just paid the cost when it came to utilities. Our summer time comes with so much intense heat and humidity we have constantly overdone it with the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling. But all that time with the A/C does not really allow your body to adapt to the heat at all. It just makes the heat feel even more oppressive once you are out of the central A/C. That’s why last Spring we decided to start the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling much later. Bob waited all the way to the first week of July to leave the A/C on throughout the morning. Bob and I stuck to our climate control component discipline. The challenge paid off because we saved a ton of money and applied that to a really fantastic vacation this fall.

Yet, I really wasn’t going to wait around to see all of those signs. I even had started a new savings account a few years ago expecting the Heating and Air Conditioning component to simply stop working altogether. I absolutely didn’t want to get caught unprepared at the point that the Heating and Air Conditioning simply crashed and died. So when it was confirmed by the Heating and Air Conditioning service tech, I chose to contact the Heating and Air Conditioning corporation and start the new process. The Heating and Air Conditioning contractor came to our home to inspect and then go over all my options with us. I am sure glad he did that as the residential Heating and Air Conditioning landscape has evolved a lot in the past quarter century. I was very enthusiastic to learn that our air duct was still going to be functional which was a big savings in price. Our new Heating and Air Conditioning equipment was installed last Spring and it has been so glorious. It was really the best A/C of my life this past summer.

I will add my name to the long list of those folks who lost their jobs due to the pandemic.

I know just how strenuous that can be.

There were plenty of folks who I knew that ended up having to sell their homes because they could no longer afford to pay for them. That’s not the case for me as I live in a small house with a mediocre residential Heating and Air Conditioning system. I was very ready for a new heating and cooling method it would have come with a change of address. Still, I didn’t have any income and had to scramble in order to make ends meet. But occasionally out of what seems like total chaos comes just what you need. I was free from the commercial Heating and Air Conditioning at the office. And I decided to go out on my own which is something I had wanted to do for such a long time. I was absolutely thinking about the freedom and liberation as I was walking out of the powerful commercial Heating and Air Conditioning at the office for the last time. I did get some severance pay as I have been there for nearly a decade. So I took that money and started my own consulting business. To keep the overhead costs down, I started it in that apartment. That’s been several years now and I am enthusiastic to report that I am a new homeowner these afternoons. That’s how fantastic the company has turned out to be. While I have gotten to hire several other people, we are still doing things remotely from the central A/C of our homes. It’s very nice to be able to be my own boss now. it’s almost as nice as having such a great residential Heating and Air Conditioning.

There is only so much that a man can account for.

But when it came to selling our home and moving, I thought we had it all covered.

Al and I thought we could use the sale of the family home to finally get rid of all our stuff and proceed with the rest of our lives. After 30 years of accumulating so much stuff inside the central A/C of our home, it was a much larger job than Al and I had thought. Al decided to move into a several living room rental right after the sale of our home. This way Al and I could pare down while also figuring out what the next chapter of our lives would hold. It seemed like a nice system to both of us; Getting the home on the market was not an easy thing either. All of us had a lot of upgrading we needed to do in our home. All of us started with the kitchen and all of the appliances. The Heating and Air Conditioning equipment was replaced as well. I think that I am hard wired to work really hard. But there are absolutely times that I think I’m simply a product of my particular environment and my generation. It felt like there was constantly this implied vow that when you do the right thing the, right thing will happen. So I spent a lot of time inside the residential and commercial Heating and Air Conditioning business trying to do the best things. I absolutely have no regrets when it came to my ethics or my efforts. Yet I wound up with a heart attack in my early 50s. It only got worse as a divorce soon followed. It kind of felt like the whole universe was piling on. However just resting inside the A/C of my rented apartment, I am starting to realize it just does not matter. I did the best I could and tried to be happy. When I got back up on my feet, I mended my heart a bit by taking a sabbatical. All Winter time I spent in my lodge deep in the woods by myself with the new like of my life. And that would be the new dog I got once my marriage was through and I was out on my own. But that Winter time away was so interesting. It was truly fantastic heating with a wood stove. But I was also lucky to have a ductless heater when I would let the fire die out. It was nice to spend time alone and not be afraid to just wallow in my feelings. I like that lodge and I’m glad that it was such a welcome sanctuary for me during the last winter.
