Most people don’t see meditation being beneficial without doing the movement of yoga, even though I think it makes a huge difference. Sitting in meditation provides you with a lot of insight that moving in asana may not quite provide.

Now that I guess washable air filters are amazing I will keep on buying washable air filters instead of the proper air filters moving forward. I can clean the washable air filters up to 4 times before they need to be substituted plus I suppose it is absolutely great!

This past Summer the two of us had some real bad heat.

The heat was so bad that nearly everyone’s central heating plus a/c method was overworking itself plus causing the heat plus air conditioning system units to cut down.

There was this country club I used to go to when I was younger to play hockey.

The main thing I enjoyed about it was the central heating and air conditioner that they had in the club apartment of the country club. After a nice long game of hockey I could go in there and relax in either the nice cool air conditioner or the nice moderate heating. All depending on what time of the year that it was. At this time having quality central air conditioner in sites were scarce because central heat and cooling system was so new on the HVAC market. I went to lunch this month with a co worker at this eating establishment here in town.
