I promised my Mom that I would come and help him get his condo ready for the season this weekend.

• I guess that summer time has already started, and the weather is very heating up now.

However, I have not had any time to go out to help my Mom at the lake condo yet. This weekend is the first opening that I have had to be able to go out and help him get everything set up for the summer. Usually, by this time, we have forgotten everything up and running. I just very want to find this year because I have so much other stuff going on. I told my Mom that we would get the air conditioner checked out and worked on when I am down there this weekend. Usually I do a repair check for him because I guess my way around an Heating and A/C system pretty well. He said that he thinks that there has something wrong with the air conditioner, and so this time I am going to take all my tools down with myself and others and see if I cannot figure out what the problem is. The people I was with and I will entirely change the air filters and the batteries in the control component system and I will make sure that the air conditioner is laboring the way that it is supposed to. I don’t want my Mom to end up with a lot of high cooling bills to pay throughout the summer time just because the central air conditioner in the lake condo isn’t in great laboring order. I feel like it’s my task to make sure it’s in great shape.

My acquaintance Beth has literally a ton of dog hair in the air conditioner vents in his house. I had to go over to his condo the other day to option up his mail for his when he was out of town. I had not been inside of his condo for a long time, because usually whenever I see her, I just option his up outside and we take my car whenever we go out. This time but, I ended up having to go inside of the condo to leave his mail. That’s when I saw that there was literally a ton of dog hair in his house. It was floating around in the air where I could see it! Beth has various dogs residing in his house, and I know he has a couple of cats too. The amount of critter hair that is in his condo is just crazy. I do not know that there is any way that they can be very healthy residing in that type of situation. They have to be having some sort of respiratory troubles because the indoor air pollen levels in the condo is very suffering. I noticed when I was in the dining room leaving the mail on the counter, the air conditioner vent on the floor was discabind. I was just going to kick it back into the hole of the ductwork when I noticed the reason why it was discabind in the first location. The whole entire ductwork was stuffed full of dog hair and animal hair! I was very shocked to see that. Beth is going to have to get a professional ductwork cleaning done and he may even need a completely current Heating and A/C system. I’m afraid that all of that critter hair may have ruined his current 1.

The people I was with and I decided to surprise our Mom with a current air conditioner for his condo as a birthday gift. My Mom is a very difficult man to buy anything for. He just never very wants anything new. He has been wearing the same old baseball hat for the past several years now, and don’t even get myself and others started on talking about his shoes. He still has the same jacket and pair of sunglasses that he wore when he was back in the war 30 years ago. This guy makes everything last forever. So when he absolutely complained about the fact that he needed a current control component unit, my sibling and I very perked up and listened. As soon as he said that, my sibling and I looked at each other and that’s when we knew what we were going to get him for his birthday. The people I was with and I decided that we were going to try to surprise him with it by having it installed by our local Heating and A/C business when he was at home. He had to go away for the weekend a couple of weeks before his birthday, which turned out perfectly for us. My sibling showed up and let the Heating and A/C professionals inside and they were able to install the current air conditioner for him along with a current smart control component unit. My Mom was so surprised when he came condo and he had a brand current air conditioner.

My horse is like my child! I have had my horse for about 10 years now and I prefer him more than anything else in the world. He has regularly been there for me, and anytime that I am having a bad day, he regularly makes myself and others feel better. He is more than a pet to me. I guess that a lot of people who are horse owners feel the same way. There is just something special about horses that makes them weird from any other type of critter. Occasionally you very feel like they can understand you when you are talking to them. And then sometimes, I absolutely know that my horse may start talking back to me! This is what happened the other day when I was out in the barn. The weather had very been heating up outside and I went out there to check on my horse because I thought he might be getting too hot. I opened up all of the barn doors so there would be a breeze. But the ventilation is not all that great in the barn most of the time. That’s when I started thinking that perhaps I should know about getting an air conditioner for the barn. I mean, I just don’t feel like it’s honorablethat I can go inside the condo and get cooled off, when my exhausting horse is out there feeling warm in the barn. The central air conditioner in my condo keeps myself and others nice and cool all the time, but it’s not the case for him.

Our dog Charlie easily prefers the air conditioning system while the people I was with and I were in the summer time time. It’s fun to watch him bite at the air that comes through the air vents every day. Periodically it seems like it scares him a little bit whenever the air conditioning system system kicks on, and sporadically I know that’s why she barks at it and bites at the air vents. It’s easily funny to see him doing it though. The people I was with and I consistently laugh at him whenever the people I was with and I turn the temperature control down and the air conditioning system kicks on. That dog is consistently making everyone in our family laugh; During the summer, she also enjoys to go for rides in the car with the windows down. She prefers to stick her head out the window and it’s funny to see the air blowing in her face while he’s sniffing and barking out the window. The kids know that it’s hilarious to watch him either at the air conditioning system vents in the house or with her head out the window in the car. But their number one thing of all is whenever the people I was with and I have the air conditioning system system running in the car. There must be a honestly interesting stink in the air conditioning system system in there, because she enjoys to get as close as possible to the air conditioning system vents with her nose and just sniff as fast as she possibly can. The kids know that it’s hysterical whenever she does this and I have to admit that I know so too. It’s like he’s trying to breathe in everything that she can, however the air is coming out of the air vents so fast that she can’t possibly process all of the stinks that are coming her way.

I didn’t believe where the clicking was coming from or how to begin looking for the issue, so I called the HVAC business to get an HVAC professional on the scene.

When I explained the clicking noises over the cellphone, the man was legitimately concerned as well, but he agreed to come look at my AC idea himself that afternoon. I was legitimately impressed by his personal motivation to come out and help me, because I was desperate to get it fixed. When the HVAC professional arrived, he located the source of the clicking instantly. The uncorrect noise was coming from the AC system’s fan. I would have never been able to locate this issue no matter how hard I tried. I was hoping that the fan would be repaired on the spot, but according to the HVAC professional, it needed to be upgraded entirely. When I asked him how abruptly it could be done, he provided me some poor news, but due to a lack of inventory, it would take up to two weeks to get the modern fan in for my AC system. During this time, my AC would be out of commission and I’d have to find someplace else to go if I wanted cool air. I was devastated by this news, even though I was thankful to have it come in a matter of weeks. The HVAC professional said some homeowners were waiting months for modern parts.

It dawned on me after about the first numerous months of the pandemic that I really needed my own space. Working from the a/c of my condo was not as self-explanatory as I once thought. I had always sort of looked down my nose at those in the business who chose to labor remotely. I thought it was just a bunch of people who wanted to labor in their pajamas and do the minimum. It was those of us that fought it out all afternoon inside the zone controlled HVAC of the office that were the real backbone of the business. Such sizable ego talk always comes with a sizable dose of karma. I sure got mine when they shut down that office with the zone controlled HVAC due to Covid. Trying to labor from condo was utter chaos at the start. I’m just fortunate that this was the case for all of us when the people I was with and I started. Thankfully, I started to get the hang of the online meetings and was able to find a rhythm with my team. That was important and made working inside the a/c of my condo a lot more structured. Still, I lacked privacy and space to really focus and lock down on the sizable challenges that I get paid well to consider. Then it just hit me. I got in my car one evening after I shut off the tablet for the afternoon and made my way to the locale where they sell the prefab storage units with the windows and a porch. The ones that are pretty expensive but they just drop off in your back yard. That’s what I did and I had it wired for electricity as well. Then the HVAC business came out to install a ductless heat pump for a/c and heating comfort.

Our retirement dreams absolutely came true.

This absolutely wasn’t the case for at least half of our friends back home.

Both of us all come from a generation where if you worked hard and saved money, you got to retire and enjoy the good life. That’s all strange these afternoons as the best plans even got messed up with all the financial turmoil and changes. But when it was time for me to hang it up and leave the zone controlled HVAC of my office, I was ready. This was due, in sizable part, to my wifey. She kept us on track when it came to our retirement plans. During the last few years inside that zone controlled HVAC of the office, my wifey treated retirement preparation as though it were a full time task. Both of us found the spot where the people I was with and I wanted to move. It was the south that was our endpoint and the people I was with and I were so satisfied to trade a gas furnace for the heat pump of the south. The condo she found was also perfect and came with a sunroom. Once the people I was with and I moved in, the sunroom was really good for much of the year and especially in the winter. But the Summer out there was care about an oven without a/c. So the people I was with and I changed that up after the first summer. The local HVAC business came out to install a ductless heat pump in the sunroom. It works care about a charm now. Both of us have all the HVAC cooling the people I was with and I need for the blistering summers down here. And the ductless heat pump also provides good HVAC heating for those chilly early morning in the winter.
