One of my favorite inventions of this time is the smart thermostat, however not only am I able to control my thermostat from several miles away, although I can also adjust the thermostat from the comfort of my own living room, i have a taxing time getting out of bed while in the winter months, there is something about the warm bed that keeps me sucked in until the particularly last minute.

The largest problem is that I am not able to sleep in a warm room.

My family & I everyday have to drive by this housing development that has the largest homes in the entire state, it’s cool that it is built in our neighborhood & we get to see it however I can’t even imagine how much their mortgage is & their taxes! My family & I are triumphant with our cape style home, then my dad works for the local Heating & A/C business in our neighborhood & he works on a lot of the houses in that development… He said architecturally the houses are flawless however sometimes their Heating & A/C systems that are originally installed in the homes are not so flawless, the Heating & A/C systems in the homes are not of high quality & within a matter of a year of living in the homes, the homeowners will call my dad to update their Heating & A/C systems with a more advanced system.

My dad makes great sales at this development & highly values his customers.

He is one of the leading Heating & A/C professional’s in that part due to his friendly client repair & work ethic, but a lot of his coworkers look up to him because he knows so much about Heating & A/C systems. He currently holds about twenty houses that he services. A lot of his coworkers are sad that he has that several customers however the Heating & A/C CEO of the business stresses that they can get that several customers if they continue reliable work & outstanding client service. It is basically a large fan and an indirect water boiler integrated under one whole system. In the summer time the system will only kick on if needed. When it is the winter time, a water-to-air heat exchanger that extends from the water boiler will produce sizzling air to the Heating & A/C system.
