Air Conditioning Price Updates

Just recently our county has been given a grant where small business owners receive a small portion of that grant to replace the interior of their business to become a more affordable one.

At first I wasn’t exactly sure how to use the grant money for my business however I realized when looking back at a lot of my energy costs, I spent a lot of money on electricity and my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system, so I decided to use this grant money to replace my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system, but i spent about a few grand on the maintenance of my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system within the past year, but there were so multiple times during the summer time and in the winter where I had to call my local Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker to come and take a look at my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system because it wasn’t functioning as appropriately as it should have been, for some weird reason the air filter needed to be changed 3 times last year, and there wasn’t any connection between the temperature control in the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system.

This was only two of the multiple concerns I experienced with my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system, then not to mention, I found the warranty and the bill for when I first purchased my business, which was about 25 years ago and the bill for the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system that was installed with it. Therefore my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system is seriously outdated and is entirely one of the reasons why my electricity bills have been skyrocketing and why so much money has been invested in just maintenancing my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system alone. I have an appointment with my Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker to come next week to install a modern heating and cooling system. I am honestly gleeful to compare my bills see how much energy and money have been saved.

 

Quality heating

I was surprised when I clicked on the HVAC company’s website and saw they were having a giveaway.

The giveaway was for a brand new heating and air conditioning system.

It was a central heating and cooling component, brand new and the giveaway included the HVAC installation cost and everything. It was such an incredible offer, how could I resist? They allowed sign ups for free, and so I signed up for the system. There were already a few thousand entries, and I knew the chances of me getting it were slim, but it didn’t hurt to try. At the same time, I couldn’t help but to feel bad for entering, because my current heating and A/C unit wasn’t that old and was still fairly efficient, and I considered maybe giving the new central heating and air conditioning device to someone else if I won. The giveaway ended at the end of the month, and as the days went on, I ended up forgetting about the getaway all together. When the end of the month came and I got an email from the A/C company, I briefly wondered if this could be it. When I opened it though, to my disappointment, it was just a thank you email for entering the contest. I hadn’t won, but I was glad for the person who did. Getting a prize like that can be life changing to someone who can’t afford it. Hopefully they will have another giveaway like this soon, so I’ll have another chance to win.

I was surprised when I called the local heating and air conditioning company and I got the busy signal. The second time I called, I was placed on hold. I was probably on hold for about 15 minutes before a receptionist picked up. I was trying to call the heating and A/C business to redeem a discount coupon I had received in the mail for being a loyal customer. I tried to schedule an appointment, but to my surprise, I wouldn’t be able to get heating and air conditioning service for a month! That was crazy, and I had never seen the A/C companies this busy before. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment, that way I could still redeem my coupon. I guess it wasn’t that hard to figure out why they might be really busy. After all, I wasn’t the only one who received those coupons, as it was winter, and that is usually the time when a lot of heating and air conditioning businesses are busy as it is. Out of curiosity, I called around to other local HVAC corporations, and they were also fairly busy. Although I could get an earlier appointment with these other businesses, I decided to stick with my current one. Because otherwise I would miss out on my coupon, and besides, I don’t need HVAC service urgently or anything like that. I just feel bad for those people who do need A/C service urgently, because they are going to be waiting a few weeks. I’m glad I called when I did, before they became even busier.

It was sometime in the middle of winter, when I arrived home from work.

When I went to hug my wife, I was shocked at how ice cold she felt.

When I asked her why she felt so cold, she told me it is because our heating unit is not efficient enough. I had no idea that she was suffering from the cold. We had more than enough money to afford a new heating system, and so I was determined to get a better heating device. The next day, I called the local heating and A/C and asked about their different heating components. It didn’t take me that long to choose another heating machine, and the A/C professional and I selected a date to have the new HVAC installation. My wife was away at work on the day the heating component was going to be installed, and I was so excited to see her reaction to the new furnace system! The new heater installation took about five hours to fully install the furnace unit and have it working perfectly. It was perfect timing, because 30 minutes after the A/C specialist left, my wife arrived home from work. The look of shock on her face when she saw the brand new heating component was amazing. She hugged me, kissed me and then thanked me. I could tell she was extremely happy at the new addition to our home. Another bonus is that this new highly efficient heater saves us money every month as well.

Indoor comfort business

My sister was stopping at my home briefly, on her way to visit her fiance.

I didn’t mind this at all, my sister and I almost never get to see each other anymore, and since I lived alone, I was happy for the company.

When she arrived, it was close to dinner time, and I had some leftovers, so I offered her some of them. While we ate, she started telling me about her newest discovery. Now, something you should know about my sister is that she is really passionate about learning. So when she discovers something new that she likes, she will talk about for hours and hours if you let her. Her newest discovery was indoor air quality and how to get cleaner air. Apparently she discovered this on a HVAC website. Not that long ago she was talking about the different types of heating and air conditioning systems, such as central A/C units, ductless multi split, boiler systems and zoned HVAC units. Oh and how could I forget about geothermal heat pumps. I guess she has moved on to indoor conditions now. She continued to tell me about the different ways you could improve your air quality, such as getting HEPA air filters and getting a whole home media air purification system. The air purifiers are expensive, but well worth it is the message I got from her entire passionate speech. I politely reminded her about the time, and she left to continue her drive. I wonder what her next topic of interest will be.

In my world, there’s nothing worse than sleeping without air conditioning. I have to sleep with the cool air running or I won’t sleep as well. If I’m visiting someone or not able to control the thermostat settings, then I constantly sleep with an overhead fan running or I bring my own portable fan. The other night, my worst nightmare came true. I turned the thermostat to my preferred 66 degrees plus then I snuggled into bed for the night. I wasn’t asleep long before I realized how moderate it was in my room. I turned the overhead fan on, however it felt like it was pushing moderate air down on me. I went back to my thermostat plus I saw that even though I’d set the thermostat to 66 degrees, the thermostat said it felt like 76 degrees inside. No matter what I set the temperature to, my air conditioning couldn’t cool. I panicked plus called my Heating plus A/C supplier late at night, but he wasn’t able to get to my household in the middle of the night, no matter how much money I offered him. However, he promised to be at my household bright plus early, according to him, I would be his first stop of the morning. Tplot to his word, the Heating plus A/C business was at my door at 8am, ready to service my air conditioning. When he was done, he told me that the air filter needed upgraded plus I needed more coolant. I’m cheerful it wasn’t anything more extreme plus I was able to sleep in the cool temperatures again the following night.

This week, there has been a lot going on in the parking lot of my office.

The condo manager is replacing a few air conditioner units in the building plus has had multiple repair trucks taking up a lot of space in our parking lot.

Many of our patients have complained about the air conditioner repair trucks. I was aware that this construction would be taking locale throughout the week, although I did not know that our patients would not have a locale to park! When more of our patients started to complain, I decided it was time to contact Randy, however randy is the man who handles all of the repair in my office building, then he comes in once a week to chat plus make sure our thermostat is in working order. Randy plus I often talk about the weather plus how the other offices seem to always have complications. There was one instance where Randy had to call an Heating as well as A/C professional to come out to my office plus update the filters in the offices, then other than that, my associate and I have not had any complications. When I explained to Randy that people were complaining about the air conditioner repair trucks in the parking lot, he solved the issue promptly. Randy was able to transfer all of the air conditioning repair trucks to the back parking lot so that the patients were able to park out front for their appointments. The air conditioner company worked suddenly to get the device updated in the neighboring office plus Randy did a appealing task facilitating the repairs.

My dad is a business builder for a easily big & well-known business.

They build a lot of housing developments & household complexes in some of the major cities in the northeast. He gets to travel a lot & visit a lot of locales that he’s never been to. The only thing that he doesn’t like about his task is being away from his family. However he does get to see us on this weekends if he gets them off… One thing he easily does find interesting about what he does is the houses that they build. The houses are state of the art & easily energy efficient! Most of the houses are multi-million dollar homes where the homeowners either work on wall street or own corporations. Not to mention the technology that my dad installs in their homes are quite remarkable… When it comes to the homeowner’s heating & cooling it is easily fancy however the cost savings is a lot! One state of the art cooling systems is a system that is for hot & dry climates & it’s energy saving savvy. It is basically a big fan & an indirect water furnace integrated under one whole system. In the summer time the system will only kick on if needed. When it is the winter season time, a water-to-air heat exchanger that extends from the water furnace will produce warm air to the Heating & A/C system. This is one of the several state of the art cooling systems that my dad installs in some of these homes.

I do a lot of traveling with my acquaintance plus family, my associate and I are constantly going anywhere… Occasionally we go away for a weekend plus other times we are gone for a week at a time, and last year for Christmas, my sister got us the perfect gift for a traveler. Our new smart thermostat has saved us from so several stressful situations as well as a lot of money. My associate and I are constantly forgetting to do something before we leave town. One time, we left the light on the aquarium for a month, the fish were so confused! Another time, we left the oven on plus lucky for us, our neighbors had a spare key, but with a smart thermostat, there is no need to worry about what temperature you leave the a/c or heating system on. My associate and I can check the thermostat from thousands of miles away. Once, we turned the cooling system off all the way from the other side of the world. The smart thermostat has saved us so much time plus money. There is no need to miss flights over having to turn around to check the thermostat, plus we are able to safely plus confidently control the temperature of our apartment from wherever we are in the world. I feel this is the best gift idea for forgetful people. My associate and I got my parents one for their house plus they cherish it. They use it to cool plus heat the house from the other room. They cherish their smart thermostat!
