I have undoubtedly loved this winter season weather.

There have been mostly only a week where my fantastic friend and I have experienced snow, not to mention that my fiance has only taken out his snowblower once this winter.

It’s been fantastic because when it has snows he doesn’t have to wake up super early to clear the snow because there hasn’t been any! This past week it’s been in the mid sixties and I couldn’t be happier. I am legitimately the type of person who needs moderate weather and daylight to be ecstatic; Sporadically I feel like I go in a seasonal depression mode when I don’t feel the sun’s warmth, but this week was fantastic because I was able to sit outside on the deck, read a book and just relax. However just this morning I had to shut all of the fans off and the air conditioner off at night and switch it to the heater, and according to the weatherman my fantastic friend and I were supposed to acquire two inches of snow and it the temperature was going to drop down to 27 degrees. I was genuinely disappointed when I heard this. I thought that it was going to be the last time I was going to have to use my furnace for the year, and plus it would save on my fuel bill as well. Since I have been going back and forth between my cooling system and my furnace recently, I believe I am going to have to contact my Heating as well as Air Conditioning worker to inspect my system to make sure it’s laboring ok.

I have really loved this winter weather.

I am honestly the type of man who needs overheated weather & sun to be cheerful, but sometimes I feel like I go in a seasonal depression mode when I don’t feel the sun’s warmth; But this week was unbelievable because I was able to sit outside on the deck, read a book & just relax, however just this day I had to shut all of the fans off & the air conditioner off at evening & switch it to the heater, then according to the weatherman my good friend and I were supposed to acquire two inches of snow & it the temperature was going to drop down to 27 degrees. I was unquestionably disappointed when I heard this. I thought that it was going to be the last time I was going to have to use my boiler for the year; Plus it would save on my fuel bill as well. Since I have been going back & forth between my air conditioner & my boiler recently, I feel I am going to have to contact my Heating & Air Conditioning dealer to inspect my system to make sure it’s laboring ok.

I have moved in with my brother to a really nice house complex close to the beach, he constantly wanted to live near the beach. She visited the beach as often as possible even when he lived quite a long way away, but i am also comfortable with being close to the sand and the surf! The house itself is easy, but smartly designed. I certainly cherish how it has zone control Heating and Air Conditioning. If you don’t know what that is, zone controlled Heating and Air Conditioning allows an house or homeowner to set different temperatures in individual zones of the residence, however this means I am able to have my own temperature on the thermostat in my room! This was quite the relief for me, because I knew that my brother tends to get cold surprisingly fast and quite easily! I even walked into his room once to find that he had his thermostat set all the way up to 73 degrees! Mind you, it was nearly 90 degrees that afternoon! Meanwhile, I keep my thermostat properly set to 74 degrees at the really most, and quite often, down to 68 if I want to cool off after a workout, or I just feel like it. I also set my thermostat to 73 degrees every night, because I simply sleep better when it is nice and cool in my room. I know my brother would not tolerate such “frigid” temperatures, so I am beyond glad he gets to be comfortable at his number one temperature, while I can do the same.

My parents property is a modular, it was built 8 years ago when my pal and I first moved to the northeast, however there are multiple pieces that make up a modular.

The pieces are put together and set on a foundation; With a modular property you can either choose one of the property plans that they have designed, or for a little more money, you can design your own home.

That is what my parents did. They like the property that they designed however there are some things that they wish they did differently. The rooms in the property are much smaller and I don’t believe they realized the actual size that it would come out to be… Plus the modular supplier that they went with didn’t do a wonderful task finishing the house, and during the winter season the property can get pretty chilly in particular parts, then my bedroom is coldest since it’s in the front of the property and it faces most of the drafts. Also my bedroom has a pretty important window from the rest of the house. During a chilly day you can feel the breeze coming through my window. The corporations did not insulate the windows in our property absolutely well. I feel like my pal and I are losing so much heat and energy while in the winter, but not to mention the more energy that you lose, the more money that my parent’s will be spending. I believe they want to call a different corporation in to see if they can insulate our property more so we’re not losing so much heat.

Just recently our county has been given a grant where small supplier owners gain a small portion of that grant to upgrade the interior of their supplier to become a more affordable one.

At first I wasn’t exactly sure how to use the grant money for my supplier even though I realized when looking back at a lot of my energy bills, I spent a lot of money on electricity and my Heating and Air Conditioning system, however so I decided to use this grant money to substitute my Heating and Air Conditioning system; I spent about a few grand on the maintenance of my Heating and Air Conditioning system within the past year… There were so several times during the summer time and in the winter where I had to call my local Heating and Air Conditioning company to come and take a look at my Heating and Air Conditioning system because it wasn’t functioning as appropriately as it should have been, then for some unusual reason the air filter needed to be changed 3 times last year, and there wasn’t any connection between the control unit in the Heating and Air Conditioning system.

This was only two of the several complications I experienced with my Heating and Air Conditioning system, however not to mention, I found the warranty and the bill for when I first purchased my business, which was about 25 years ago and the bill for the Heating and Air Conditioning system that was installed with it. Therefore my Heating and Air Conditioning system is seriously old and is very one of the reasons why my electricity bills have been skyrocketing and why so much money has been invested in just maintenancing my Heating and Air Conditioning system alone. I have an appointment with my Heating and Air Conditioning company to come next week to install a current heating and cooling system. I’m very gleeful to compare my bills see how much energy and money have been saved.

I was surprised when I called the local heating plus a/c company plus I got the tied up signal. The second time I called, I was stadiumd on hold. I was genuinely on hold for about 15 minutes before a receptionist picked up. I was trying to call the heating plus a/c business to redeem a discount coupon I had received in the mail for being a loyal customer. I tried to schedule an appointment, however to my surprise, I wouldn’t be able to get heating plus a/c repair for a month! That was crazy, plus I had never seen the a/c companies this tied up before. I went ahead plus tied up the appointment, that way I could still redeem my coupon. I suppose it wasn’t that hard to figure out why they might be entirely busy. After all, I wasn’t the only one who received those coupons, as it was winter, plus that is usually the time when a lot of heating plus a/c businesss are tied up as it is. Out of curiosity, I called around to other local Heating plus Air Conditioning corporations, plus they were also fairly busy. Although I could get an earlier appointment with these other businesses, I decided to stick with my new one, but because otherwise I would miss out on my coupon, plus besides, I don’t need Heating plus Air Conditioning repair urgently or anything like that. I just feel bad for those people who do need a/c repair urgently, because they are going to be waiting a few weeks. I’m ecstatic I called when I did, before they became even busier.

I was surprised when I clicked on the Heating and Air Conditioning company’s website and saw they were having a giveaway.

The giveaway was for a brand new heating and air conditioner.

It was a central heating and cooling component, brand new and the giveaway included the Heating and Air Conditioning replacement cost and everything. It was such an incredible offer, how could I resist? They allowed sign ups for free, and so I signed up for the system. There were already a few thousand entries, and I knew the possibilities of me getting it were slim, but it didn’t hurt to try. At the same time, I couldn’t help but to feel disappointing for entering, because my new heating and a/c unit wasn’t that seasoned and was still fairly efficient, and I considered maybe giving the new central heating and a/c component to someone else if I won. The giveaway ended at the end of the month, and as the afternoons went on, I ended up forgetting about the getaway all together. When the end of the month came and I got an text from the a/c company, I briefly wondered if this could be it. When I opened it though, to my disappointment, it was just a thank you text for entering the contest. I hadn’t won, but I was cheerful for the woman who did, then getting a prize like that can be life changing to someone who can’t afford it. Hopefully they will have another giveaway like this soon, so I’ll have another option to win.

My sister was stopping at my home briefly, on her way to visit her fiance, however i didn’t mind this at all, my sister and I almost never get to see each other anymore, and since I lived alone, I was thrilled for the company, but when she arrived, it was close to dinner time, and I had some leftovers, so I offered her some of them.

While my good friend and I ate, she started telling me about her newest discovery, now, something you should know about my sister is that she is undoubtedly passionate about learning… So when she discovers something new that she likes, she will talk about for hours and hours if you let her… Her newest discovery was indoor air quality and how to get cleaner air, but apparently she discovered this on a Heating and Air Conditioning website. Not that long ago she was talking about the weird types of heating and air conditioners, such as central a/c units, ductless multi split, boiler systems and zoned Heating and Air Conditioning units… Oh and how could I forget about geothermal heat pumps. I guess she has moved on to indoor conditions now. She continued to tell me about the weird ways you could improve your air quality, such as getting HEPA air filters and getting a whole home media air cleaner! The air cleaners are overpriced, but well worth it is the message I got from her entire passionate speech. I politely reminded her about the time, and she left to continue her drive. I wonder what her next topic of interest will be.

There are particular things I never thought I’d get excited for.

For example, I was blissful about the new dishwasher that was installed last month, however my seasoned dishwasher never cleaned officially, forcing me to clean all of my dishes by hand.

I also got excited for the new smart thermostat I had installed by an Heating & A/C supplier last week. My seasoned thermostat was really traditional, only allowing me to switch between the boiler and air conditioner and the temperature. It was really hard for me to see how efficiently I was running my Heating & A/C system. The only thing to guide me was the daily utility bill and by that point, it was too late. My new smart thermostat has so multiple particular features. Not only is it sleek and minimal, but also connects to my cell iphone. I’m able to access my thermostat from somewhere at any time. When I leave work, if I want my home to be warmer by the time I get home, I can adjust the settings in my vehicle on my iphone. There’s also a setting on my iphone that allows me to see how efficient my Heating & A/C system is running. If there’s any problems, the smart thermostat will alert me right away. The other thing that I really love is the weather feature. My smart thermostat tells me what the weather is like outside. My seasoned thermostat could never do any of these things for me. The new smart thermostat was worth every penny.
