Air Conditioning Price Updates

There are particular things I never thought I’d get enthusiastic for.

This week, there has been a lot going on in the parking lot of my office.

The condo director is replacing a few a/c units in the building plus has had numerous repair trucks taking up a lot of space in our parking lot.

Many of our patients have complained about the a/c repair trucks. I was aware that this construction would be taking locale throughout the week, although I did not know that our patients would not have a locale to park, then when more of our patients started to complain, I decided it was time to contact Randy, then randy is the person who handles all of the repair in my office building, however he comes in once a week to chat plus make sure our temperature control is in working order. My family and I everyday have to drive by this housing development that has the greatest homes in the entire state, it’s cool that it is built in our town and my associate and I get to see it although I can’t even imagine how much their mortgage is and their taxes! My family and I are pleased with our cape style home, my dad works for the local Heating & A/C business in our town and he works on a lot of the houses in that development! He said architecturally the houses are flawless however sometimes their Heating & A/C systems that are originally installed in the homes are not so flawless! The Heating & A/C systems in the homes are not of high quality and within a matter of a year of living in the homes, the homeowners will call my dad to upgrade their Heating & A/C systems with a more advanced system.

My dad makes fantastic sales at this development and highly values his customers.

He is one of the leading Heating & A/C specialist’s in that section due to his friendly client service and work ethic… A lot of his coworkers look up to him because he knows so much about Heating & A/C systems. He currently holds about twenty houses that he services. A lot of his coworkers are frustrated that he has that multiple customers however the Heating & A/C CEO of the business stresses that they can get that multiple customers if they continue reliable work and outstanding client service. My dad constantly says that the knowledge of Heating & A/C and service comes with time and is learned, however client service starts with your attitude and that cannot be learned.

My Mom is a company builder for a undoubtedly large and well-known corporation.

They build a lot of housing developments and apartment complexes in some of the major cities in the northeast.

He gets to travel a lot and visit a lot of places that he’s never been to. The only thing that he doesn’t like about his job is being away from his family. However he does get to see us on this weekends if he gets them off; One thing he honestly does find interesting about what he does is the houses that they build. The houses are state of the art and undoubtedly energy efficient! Most of the houses are multi-million dollar homes where the homeowners either work on wall street or own corporations. Not to mention the technology that my Mom installs in their homes are quite remarkable, but when it comes to the homeowner’s heating and cooling it is undoubtedly luxurious but the cost savings is a lot! One state of the art air conditioners is a system that is for sizzling and dry temperatures and it’s energy saving savvy. It is basically a large fan and an indirect water heater integrated under one whole system. In the Summer the system will only kick on if needed. When it is the winter season time, a water-to-air heat exchanger that extends from the water heater will produce hot air to the Heating plus A/C system. This is one of the many state of the art air conditioners that my Mom installs in some of these homes.

This past week has been seriously busy.

For three days a week I have to go into my second part time job to make some extra money, but what I do at this second part time job is help out with banquets by serving food plus alcohol! It’s not a exhausting job because I make a fantastic amount of tips. I like to put my tips aside plus at the end of the month I’ll take all of my tips plus put them in my savings account… My coworker plus I were setting up tables in the greater banquet room for a band that was playing the next day. My fantastic friend and I swept plus mopped the floors, put the chairs down plus put tablecloths on the tables. While my friend and I were in there preparing for the next day I realized that the room was honestly cold. I walked over to the thermostat plus it read 65 degrees. I also saw that the switch was turned to off plus not on to heat, however the owner must have switched the thermostat off since no one was using the room that day. I knew that I would forget so I made sure to jot down a note plus leave it on one of the tables for the next day. I wrote down a small reminder to turn on the thermostat so the furnace would kick on. I didn’t want the event going on the next day to be chilly plus have someone complain just because the furnace wasn’t on.

Last week, I was the guest speaker for my daughter’s class.

Her professor sent household a letter to all the parents, asking for volunteers to speak about their works. I didn’t feel anything of it until my wifey suggested that I go. I’ve been an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C specialist for over 20 years, although I didn’t feel the kids in her class would want to know anything about heating and air. When I expressed this to my wifey, she helped me see a different side. My wifey thought it would be a good learning opportunity, because kids didn’t learn about heating and air on a normal basis. They could experience a boiling or frosty room, however not have any idea why the air around them felt a particular way… Once she explained this to me, I decided that it would be fun! I put a lot of time into my presentation, because I needed to “dumb down” my message into simpler terms for children. My daughter’s face lit up when she saw me walk into her classroom in my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C uniform. I spent time explaining how the air in their classroom was 71 degrees, because that’s what their professor set their control equipment to.
