My hubby deals with stress in a lot of unusual ways; Occasionally, he gets honestly quiet plus doesn’t say much for a few mornings. However, he promised to be at my home bright and early, but according to him, I would be his first stop of the day. True to his word, the Heating & A/C supplier was at my door at 8am, ready to repair my air conditioner. When he was done, he told me that the air filter needed replaced and I needed more coolant. I’m blissful it wasn’t anything more drastic and I was able to sleep in the cool hot and cold temperatures again the following night.

Started to snow one day so having to switch from air conditioning to heater
I have honestly loved this winter weather.
There have been mostly only a week where my friend and I have experienced snow, then not to mention that my fiance has only taken out his snowblower once this winter.
It’s been good because when it has snows he doesn’t have to wake up super early to clear the snow because there hasn’t been any! This past week it’s been in the mid sixties plus I couldn’t be happier. I am absolutely the type of person who needs hot weather plus sun to be blissful, and periodically I feel like I go in a seasonal depression mode when I don’t feel the sun’s warmth… But this week was good because I was able to sit outside on the deck, read a book plus just relax, however just this day I had to shut all of the fans off plus the air conditioning off at evening plus switch it to the heater! According to the weatherman my friend and I were supposed to acquire two inches of snow plus it the temperature was going to drop down to 27 degrees. I was honestly disappointed when I heard this. I thought that it was going to be the last time I was going to have to use my furnace for the year. A quick transport to the beach
I have moved in with my sister to a absolutely nice house complex close to the beach, and she always wanted to live near the beach. She visited the beach as often as possible even when she lived quite a long way away. I am also comfortable with being close to the sand plus the surf! The house itself is easy, but smartly designed. I particularally appreciate how it has zone control HVAC. If you do not know what that is, zone controlled HVAC allows an house or homeowner to set different temperatures in individual zones of the residence, but this means I am able to have my own temperature on the thermostat in my room! This was quite the relief for me, because I knew that my sister tends to get cold surprisingly fast plus quite easily! I even walked into her room once to find that she had her thermostat set all the way up to 73 degrees! Mind you, it was nearly 90 degrees that day! Meanwhile, I keep my thermostat officially set to 79 degrees at the absolutely most, plus quite often, down to 68 if I want to cool off after a workout, or I just feel like it. I also set my thermostat to 68 degrees every night, because I simply sleep better when it is nice plus cool in my room. I know my sister wouldn’t tolerate such “cold” temperatures, so I am beyond glad she gets to be comfortable at her number one temperature, while I can do the same.

My parents dwelling is a modular… It was built 8 years ago when my pal and I first moved to the northeast.
There are several pieces that make up a modular.
The pieces are put together plus set on a foundation. With a modular dwelling you can either choose one of the dwelling plans that they have designed, or for a little more money, you can design your own home. That is what my parents did. They like the dwelling that they designed however there are some things that they wish they did differently. The rooms in the dwelling are much smaller plus I don’t know they realized the actual size that it would come out to be; Plus the modular corporation that they went with didn’t do a wonderful task finishing the house! During the winter the dwelling can get pretty cold in particular parts, then my living room is coldest since it’s in the front of the dwelling plus it faces most of the drafts… Also my living room has a pretty important window from the rest of the house. During a cold day you can feel the breeze coming through my window. The corporations did not insulate the windows in our dwelling absolutely well. I feel like my pal and I are losing so much heat plus energy while in the winter… Not to mention the more energy that you lose, the more money that my parent’s will be spending. I know they want to call a unusual corporation in to see if they can insulate our dwelling more so we’re not losing so much heat.
